The candidates on this page are running for seats in the Pennsylvania General Assembly in Harrisburg.  Along with basic information about each district and its candidates we have provided a link to the candidate's campaign website, if they  provided a website link when they completed their Vote411 candidate survey.

All candidates have been invited to participate in Vote411. 
 
Candidate voter "mini-guides" will be created for competitive races where at least one candidate has responded to their Vote411 survey.  These mini-guides will be available in May after the print publication deadline.

Check vote411.org for the most up-to date information.   Once the deadline for print publication is past, candidates may still submit or update their online responses at any time.

Allegheny County Overview - Legislative District Maps

PA State Senate districts

for Allegheny County.

  • Pennsylvania has 50 State Senators who serve four-year terms.
  • In 2024, the 25 senatorial seats in odd-numbered districts were up for election.
  •  In 2026, the even-numbered seats will be up for election.

PA State House of Representatives districts

for Allegheny County.

  • Pennsylvania has 203 State Representatives who serve two-year terms.
  • All 203 seats are up for election in 2026, and in every even numbered year.
